If I use the arrows to go down to the list of options and then press space, it scrolls the page rather than selecting the option I am on. Is that expected behaviour? Native select dropdowns will pick the highlighted option if you press space on them, the same as if you had pressed enter.

I like the feature that picks the option you are on if you tab off the autocomplete.
