Hi all, Greetings.

Hope all are doing well.
Previously, I was working for hcl as a accessibility and usability
tester, but, recently, I got deployed from hcl pvtltd to ineight
india pvtltd.
Here, I am the 1st visually impaired who is working for the company as
a quality analyst for there product.
Currently, I am testing the product called inspect for mobile on ios platform.

The tool helps construction engineers to inspect the constructing
Equipment such as cranes, and so on by providing objective and
yes/no questions.
Here, The the app is completely inaccessible.

When I spoke to the developer about the accessibility, he was told
that, 'the tool will be used by the sighted, and why do you want to
care much about the accessibility-.
I tried to convince the developer, I think, I failed in convincing them.

In this regards, can some 1 suggest me how can I make them to get into
accessibility?.
