Hello everyone, I want to check with everyone out there to see how you
handle live and recorded webinars. How do you make those accessible for the
visually and hearing impaired?

One new thing to try is if you use PowerPoint or Skype to do the
presentation, they now (as of January 1st) include live captioning. I have
played with it and it works pretty well overall, and it can go into
different languages too, which is very cool.

There is also human led live captioning and sign language as well. Text
transcripts are important for people who are Deaf-Blind.

Those would be the starting points to look at.
