Hello and Greetings!

I would like to know if it is a valid scenario to test desktop apps for Rdflow by scaling the desktop to 400%?

It was observed that some of new store apps do fit in single column but legacy Win 32 apps don't and are mostly unusable.

So few questions-
1. Is it good to take exception for Win 32 apps since most of then would require toolbar or canvas to be properly visible to be usable?

2. How likely is it for people to use apps with 400% scaling, will the people use magnifiers instead?

3. Is it a concept for web, not for desktop apps?
