Jay,
I might suggest a more functional testing using the Opera browser
(http://www.opera.com) and setting up a user high contrast style sheet.
1. Use high contrast style sheet to see if information can be styled by user
2. Scale text size to make sure page is readable when fonts are big (+ and
- keys on numeric keypad)
3. Use the toggle image feature to review text equivalents for images
4. Use the ignore table markup in page style settings to see if the
document reading order makes sense to speech output
5. Use header navigation to see if major topics are indicated with header
markup (W and S keys)
6. Use Control-J list of links to make sure link text indicates the
destination of each link
