iTunes anyone?

I have learned that the latest update of iTunes (version 7.1) is now
accessible with Apple's Voice Over screenreader for Mac OS X. This is big
news for users of the iTunes application who are blind or visually impaired,
as it is the first and only instance of the iTunes program that is
accessible via screen reading technology.
Unfortunately, the Windows-based iTunes is still not accessible for users of
screen reading applications like JAWS, Supernova or Window Eyes.
