It is not generic and off-the-shelf but maybe be some use
Please don't have another go at me for my colour schemes, they are
partially due to colour blindness types.
Black background is the default there are seven other options.
I am trying to show the search engine benefits of validity and
accessibility for Australian Universities.
Its 600 Kb and includes an accessibility and other featires checklist
based largely on WCAG 1.0 checklist.

There are groups selling training courses in Aust $495 a head per day,
they are having a battle to shut me up at the moment.
