Available tools to test for accessibility of secure pages

Hi,
I am curious to know if anyone is aware of an accessibility tool that
tests web pages in secure environments like a learning management
system. Almost all of the free 'developer toolbars' I am aware of,
point to the w3c accessibility validator which is not suitable.
