Accessible Help Authoring tools

I could have sworn that there was a thread on the forums awhile back
discussing the relative accessibility and merits of some of the Help
authoring tools (such as RoboHelp). If anyone recalls that thread and
can provide a link - or thoughts/impressions on various Help authoring
tools I'd be appreciative. Thanks in advance...
