Hi Jared
With all due respect, no we shouldnt' deal with it, people should
stop it, plain and simple. I rarely use table commands to navigate
web pages. I use semantic markup commands to find my way around sites.

Why should we have to deal with people's unwillingness to get with
the times. I stop usig tables in my web design 5 years ago.
Accessibility is about growth, not stagnation.
