I have heard on the Mac Visionaries list the words "Flash is poison!" So I
don't think it works too well. You could ask that list and I'm sure you'd
get lots of info. It's a Google Group.
Wish I could be of more help though.

Subject: [WebAIM] Mac browser users of assistive technology
Is anybody familiar with using a Mac browser with assistive technologies?
I'm finding it a nightmare to work with Safari in regards to Flash tabbing
integration within html documents and wondered if there are any Mac users
that could give their opinions on accessibility with regards to Mac
browsers, especially with regards to using Flash within html documents.
