I have seen this behavior from time to time in say all in Word.
No solution known.
Use something else as soon as you can.

Subject: [WebAIM] JAWS Say All loops in a Word paragraph
Is anyone familiar with JAWS Say All looping in a Word paragraph? JAWS
reads the paragraph down to a link at the end and then goes back to the
initial word at the beginning of the paragraph.
JAWS users did not have a problem when not using Say all.
Any suggestions welcomed.
