You probably won't find one.
If you do it will not be telling you the truth.

Tripple A compliance requires manual inspection to determine.

Can anyone recommend a test utility for WCAG 2.0 AAA compliance?

I'm hoping to find something like the w3 validator, where I can enter a
url and find out if a page conforms to that level or not.
