Accessibility testing with Flash, what is a good example of accessible Flash

Hello

I am looking into accessibility of the web page www.menningarnott.is
(page for a big local event in Iceland).
The page is only written in Flash (obviously I have to recommend a
non-Flash based option), but also it is extremely poorly written. Jaws
will find a few buttons, but they are not labelled, and then text that
is apart from these buttons (I assume the location of the text in
relation to the buttons describes the default function).
Hitting tab on this page with My Jaws 11 will crash Jaws, which is interesting.
I am wondering if you guys can provide me with a few shortcuts:
a. Is there a way to find out what version of Flash a particular page
was written in (for a user I mean)?

b. Do you have to set the TabIndex property specifically in a Flash
based page, or is that something to do with what version of Flash is
used to generate the page, i.e. it would be built in automaticaly (I
suppose Flex 4 would provide such functionality by default).

3. Do any of you have a very good example of accessible Flash, ideally
Flex 4 based page? I have used the JK Rowling page in the past, but I
think there might be better versions out there.

I will do research on the Adobe Accessibility web site, and of course
recommend a non-flash based alternative, but I am curious to explore
the Flash possibilities in further detail, since there is no reason a
Flash based page should be this inaccessible.
Cheers
