What makes this site such an accessibility trainwreck?

Hi. You know, all I want to know is when services are held for my brother's
childhood friend at this site
http://www.thomsonfuneralhome.com/runtime.php?SiteId=21408&NavigatorId=125991
and I can't do a darn thing. The links appear to be clickable but you can't
click 'em. When I try to look at the source, I see there's a whole lotta
PHP...I think...but I know PHP isn't problematic. What is making this site
such a thorn in my side?
A funeral home...should be simple. But apparently there's a way to screw up
a bleepin' funeral home's website! I did call them, but they said the best
way to keep updated on when a service in my area was going to happen would
be to check this website. Ug.
Thanks for any help. If I can learn from this, then something good will come
out of it.
Carin
