Accessibility Statement review

Hello everyone,

This morning my employer has placed an accessibility statement on their
site.

If anyone has time, I would very much appreciate any feedback and/or
recommendations for the following page: http://www.cbc.ca/accessibility/

The content is minimal right now, but will expand the contents over time so
that users of AT can learn of accessibility improvements when they are made
to the site.
