legal ruling on Canadian Government website accessibility

Monday, Canada's Federal Court ruled on a case that has resulted in the
Federal government being directed to make its websites accessible within
the next 15 months. This was as a result of a case involving a blind
woman, Donna Jodhan, who launched a Constitutional challenge that spoke
to problems experienced accessing several government sites.

As part of the ruling, several statements were made referencing the
accessibility of Adobe PDF and Flash. In response, Adobe's Andrew
Kirkpatrick has provided context and clarification on a couple of points
