Accessibility of collaborative annotation platforms?

Hi!

Has anyone tried any of the document annotation platforms (e.g.
http://crocodoc.com or http://a.nnotate.com) that enables users to
collaboratively read and annotate documents online? I can find very
little information about accessibility about them.
