Sould this institution be Wells Fargo Bank by any chance *grin*, I
mean judgin by your signature.
Can you provide a link to more information about voice biometrics,
implementations or other info?
Obviously there are users who use synthetic voice or mechanical
implementations for speech, or users who cannot communicate via speech
whatsoever, e.g. some deafblind users, so there will be a group that
canot take advantage of voice biometrics, if it is some sort of voice
recognition as a security parameter (if it is someting entirely
different I would be most interested to read about it).
This is a small group certainly, but those would be severely impacted
I imagine, unless alternative arrangements or exceptions could be
implemented.
