also, now that a lot of people are accessing sites using small devices a
skip link is handy for them, too. If you are looking at something on a
phone there's a chance that the navigation takes up the whole screen and
then some.
I find this argument works better than saying anything about
accessibility to convince my clients to let me put a skip link in.
