... They are planning on using the content-heavy floating nav menus, such as can be found at:
http://www.washington.edu/ (use "Future Students" as an example) http://www.nationalgeographic.com/ (use "Environment" as an example)
He says that if they are coded correctly, they do conform to accessibility standards. Is this consistent with your understanding?
