A brief update, I had to resync the database tables to enable recurrent date
entries, so nothing was saved earlier in the day as a result until this was
done. If you noticed the app not working right, I'm sorry about that. The db
now syncs with the front end using redundant json strings, so it should run
a bit faster and will now save all entries as mentioned before.

In short, it was broken earlier; now it's not; enjoy.
