Accessible calendar updated to support leap years and year-by-year navigation

Hi, in case it's of interest, I've updated the Calendar Module at
http://whatsock.com/modules/aria_calendar_module/demo.htm
Leap years are now automatically detected,
and Alt+PageDown and Alt+PageUp can now be used to navigate in 1 year intervals when keyboard focus is set within the calendar date links. (This too is automatically adjusted to account for leap years.)
Small changes I know, but helpful.
