Use of WebReader, are there certain types of pages that work better or worse than others?

Heylisters, happy Thanksgiving y'all btw.

I got a somewhat unusual question this morning, and I am not usre how
to respond.
A few organizations want to test setting up a webreader for their
websites (i.e. online vocalization of the page content).
Firstly one organization is having huge issues with how it reads
dates, but that sounds like a coding problem and something that can
easily be fixed through tests with the manufacturers.
The second question was "what type of pages or content would be most
useful to have the WebReader read", i.e. they had issues having it
read a page with a lot of links on them and want to know if it should
only read the text on the pages etc.
I work mostly with the field ov siaul impairments, and for that field,
an online webreader is no solution I feel, but I can see its value for
people with dyslexia or mild visual impairment who want to avoid eye
strain etc.
Has anyone worked with setting up such a solution and does someone
have either a resource for me or comments on its most useful
configuration, or its over-all usefulness in general?
