Online meeting/conference software and vissible output from screen readers

Hey guys

For those who have conducted online meeting/screen sharing to
demonstrate certain screen reader web accessibility issues, what
combination of a screen reader (PC based) and online meeting software
has worked for you?
I haven't done this in some time, I think TeamViewer with Jaws worked
ok for me, and I vaguely recall I used GotoMeeting at some point with
Jaws and it worked.
But if there is a better combination, would be great to hear about it.
