Is this open to companies outside the USA? I tried to register on the portal but the 'Vendor EIN/SSN/Tax ID number' field is mandatory and as a non-US company we do not have one. We work with many US companies and provide them with W-8BEN forms that declare that we are not subject to US tax but your system does not appear to have provision for this.
