Gabriel,
I recommend dreamwidth, which can be used as a standalone
blogging platform or as part of the community. I am the
accessibility team co-lead for dreamwidth, and we have an active
team of developers and users maximizing the accessibility of the
platform at all times. Certainly we always have users suggesting
pages that can be made even more accessible, but we also have
developers who focus on nothing other than addressing those
issues.
