Hi,

NetCentric Technologies has a developed a piece of software called
CommonLook Office. This extremely user friendly tool converts MS Word and MS
Power Point documents into accessible PDFs. The user needs to have very
little knowledge of accessibility or PDF structure.

If you are Using Word 2007 or 2010 this sounds like a variant to the known
bug of "all figures are thrown to the top of the Tags Tree" issue and I have
seen it before. If you used captions for the images, Artifact the images in
Acrobat Pro and those using adaptive technology will still be able to read
the figure captions. If you didn't use captions, move the images that relate
to content to their place in the Tags Tree and Artifact any decorative
images.

HI All,

I am facing an issue while creating a PDF from Word 2010:
All the graphics are listed one below another in the PDF file.
The graphics are positioned in different sections under different headings
in the word document.
The word document has been structured keeping accessibility in mind (Styles
and alternate text as specified by Adobe documentation)

Please help me to tackle this issue.
