There is PDF remediation software from Actuate
They had a few sessions at CSUN that looked good.
I have no ties with them and I am not a fulltime end user, so this is
just info I am relaying from CSUN, not an endorsement or
I can say they did a very good job presenting, and looked very
thorough and professional at CSUN.
They have also published some whitepapers on PDF and document
accessibility with AFB
