I believe that we use V2010. I'll review your book.

I've written two books on OneNote accessibility http://karlencommunications.com/MicrosoftOfficeAccessibility2010.html
Is the 2010 version. There is also a 2007 version.
Note that the main accessibility issues are related to lack of support from screen reader developers, although I haven't tried it with Window-Eyes since the partnership with Microsoft.
I like OneNote.
