G183 indicates underlining, bolding, italics, or increased size only on focus is acceptable although some disagree.

Subject: [WebAIM] question re link text

Hi,

I've been asked the following: - what have other people done to conform to WCAG's color contrast guideline in situations where text of a link (which is dark blue) fades into the rest of the copy which is also dark blue (i.e., one wouldn't be able to differentiate between what is the link text and actual text)? They are looking for ideas other than underlining the links.
