New tutorials on accessible document design

Everyone:



On the Karlen Communications Handouts page, I've added 3 new tutorial
documents: http://www.karlencommunications.com/handouts.html



Adding Accessible Images which is an update to the document I wrote a few
years ago.

Tables and Columns which is part of a series I've started on Accessible Word
Document Design.

Text Boxes and Accessibility which is the second in that series.
