Hi Mike,
Synchronization is required.. in other words, captions are required.
You might want to try out SyncWords - https://syncwords.com - which
seeks to address the "long and expensive" part of your comment. If you
create an account, ping me and I will zero out the charges so you can
give it a spin. I think you'll be amazed at the quality of captions
coming out of it. Since you already have a transcript, you should get
results back in a few minutes.
