The open source Deque AXe plug-in for Firefox has been released/updated:
https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/axe-devtools/
It is now much more screen reader friendly.
Download and use at will, but who wouldn't want to have an axe in
their toolbox as they try to break through the jungle of inaccessible
web content?
I've used (and still use) a variety of tools from various
organizations on this list (thumbs up to Wave toolbar, various
favlets, the brand new visualize ARIA tool and IE Accessibility
Checker) , I am happy to be able to help master Dylan Barrell and his
crowd of Deque code wizards create another one that you may find
useful.
Stay sharp my friends.
Cheers
