Ø If my memory serves me correctly, it is/used to be (?) a no-no to have differently labeled links on a page all going to the same page. I'm trying to find reference to that but have come up empty. Can anyone point me in the right direction please?

Angela, currently the requirement would only be that they be consistent across pages:

SC 3.2.4<http://www.w3.org/TR/UNDERSTANDING-WCAG20/consistent-behavior-consistent-functionality.html>;. Some language in the understanding document indicates consistency within a page – but it indicates that identical names for adjacent links is only a best practice.
