Where to complain...or make suggestions!

Most companies maintain lists/forums where customers can make requests or
log bugs. These are often called "wish list" forums and are monitored by
their employees. (List is below.) The more people who chime in with "yes, I
want that feature, too" the greater likelihood it will be considered by the
company.

Numbers talk.

So if you want an accessibility feature added to their software or AT, then
let people on this list know about the request you posted to the forum. Give
us the URL where we can chime in with "me too." The more voices that chime
in, the more notice the request will get.

For those who are government employees and can't speak on behalf of their
agency, log in using a personal account and don't mention your specific
agency. However, do mention that you work for a state or federal government
agency because your position as a government employee requires you to meet
accessibility laws/guidelines. That's important to convey because Silly Con
Valley doesn't give a rat's patootie about accessibility and the laws.

I can't count the number of times a program engineer or marketing director
has told me that there aren't very many people out there with disabilities,
so therefore they don't need to make their technologies accessible.

To all of the "wheels" out there, start squeaking! And do it very loudly.
And frequently. And let us on this list know so we can back up your request.
