Any movement on MS SharePoint being more accessible?

We don't do any support with it for our clients so I'm out of the SharePoint
loop. But many of our government clients are being pushed to deploy it.

Any workarounds?

Any additional plug-ins that help accessibility?

Other than the usual PR blurb, is there any real commitment from Microsoft
to make it fully accessible?
