As a Dragon NaturallySpeaking user, whose office will be moving to Office 2016 and Office 365 sometime this year, I've also been interested and concerned about this move. We've already seen issues with Office 2010 and Dragon 12, Office 2013 and Dragon 12, Office 2013 and Dragon 13, as well as Office 2013 and Dragon 13. I've at least found the following, but not sure what else has been written or who's done any testing: http://nuance.custhelp.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/17805/~/information-on-dragon-naturallyspeaking-13-and-windows-10

http://nuance-community.custhelp.com/posts/905182eaea this user forum is not very positive - experience seem to be all over the place - from DNS 13 working well with Windows 10 to it not working at all with Windows 10.

Windows 10 works well with Jaws, NVDA and Narrator (the latter especially useful if you want to use Edge). Not sure about other Ats/accessibility needs though.
