I am ALWAYS telling people about the importance of using proper Heading (or using Headings at all) in all digital documents. Your screen shots and comments will help people "see what the screen reader users see". This will be very helpful to getting the message across.

Oh and I also liked the screen prints of the screen reader screens, I find people understand it better when they know more about how it can work.
