Thanks Jennifer, appreciate the feedback and that's pretty much what I've
been doing (I've been doing a LOT of technical writing of docs of late and
doing 508 checks on them as well), but just wanted to get others takes on
the issue since I've never really seen anything mentioned in the standards
on punctuation in alt-text.
