If you use the "FOR" attribute, you can put the label wherever you want. It can be at the end of the DOM who cares. The screen reader links the input and label through the ID.

As to using the value in the input tag, I don't understand what you mean. Use the Value to find out which radio button is selected. Do not use it to reference anything.
