Yes if your application creates the controls they need to meet contrast requirements because they are a control for the application. If the controls are those made natively through the browser or the operating system then control of the color will be through the OS. Check your browser chrome or your OS settings to be sure that you are not using a low contrast theme.

Hey Folks,

So here's my question... for an interactive application, do window grips (i.e., those little lines or dots at the corners of resizable or draggable windows) need to meet color contrast requirements? I'm having a hard time finding info on this one.
