Department of Homeland Security has very strict standards for compliance,
if that is what you mean. You should be testing stuff made for them using
their Trusted Tester guidelines. I am not an expert in their guidelines,
but I am pretty certain that they will not only accept test results based
on those.

In the practical testing page, some of the elements are not keyboard
focusable, but, I want the visually impaired people should no that,
