Shenkar,

If the document says that some elements in the course are not keyboard
operable it means that the course authors are aware of the problems.
However I recommend you to inform the team concerned.
May be you can point to specific WCAG 2.0 success criteria 2.1.1 Keyboard
only to mention how keyboard only and screen reader users are effected due
to inaccessible course content.
