When you say not all elements are keyboard focusable, that may not be a problem. Only certain elements (anchors and form elements) are natively focusable. The other elements are intended to be navigated with the virtual cursor (the arrow keys). If you mean that not all elements are accessible via the keyboard only, then that is a problem. I just want to point out that not all elements in a page need to be in the tab order to be navigable by keyboard.

Hello all, greetings.
Hope all are doing good.
I need some recommendations to make section 508 course accessible.
Currently, I am trying to give the feedback for the dhs training division to make the training accessible.
in this regards, I have some questions.

In the practical testing page, some of the elements are not keyboard focusable, but, I want the visually impaired people should no that, the page has some elements which is not focusable with keyboard.
but, how can I convey them.
