There is a company called Loop 11 that specializes in remote testing. I think that Knowbility works with them on remote testing with people with disabilities. You could reach out to either company.

Subject: [WebAIM] Usability Testing with Screen readers
Hi Everyone,
I have recently talked my team into focusing on accessibility, and to round out what we have learned from online courses, articles, and groups we wanted to run a usability test where our participants would be users of screen readers. Do you have any suggestions about the best way to conduct this test? I was thinking of having it remotely; so that they could use their own computers, but that leads has its own complications with setup.
Any advice would be welcome.
Thanks!
Claire
