Thanks Jonathan, for the translation: I think she is saying that the "show document title" in title bar option (vs. the show file name) is not being set.
Correct, that's what I'm saying.
Thanks, everyone else, for the feedback. Now even I fully understand my question.
Follow-up question: Does the fact that a PDF has the setting, "File, Properties, Initial View, Window Options, Show File Name" rather than "Show Document Title" violate a specific WCAG Guideline?
Acrobat flags it as an accessibility failure, and my CMS tool (SiteImprove) flags it too but I don't know the algorithm behind those applications' criteria for failure. Perhaps these are failing a PDF/UA guideline (of which I am completely unfamiliar at this time) and are those guidelines interchangeable in this specific case?
