It could be focus, or it could be your mail programs. Some mail programs have a setting to put text at top, others bottom. So, it might be a configuration issue.

Hi sir, I have already been doing that when ever i notice. . Can you please tell me why it is happening like that? By default the focus should be above the signature right? is there any other solution for this? I do not want to keep pressing control home always and i don't want to remove signature either.
