Absolute edicts are always wrong ;)
In seriousness, Netflix's interface is less of a carousel in the "bad"
http://shouldiuseacarousel.com/ sense and more of a horizontally
scrolling list of items. Different scenario. So yes it's fine I'd say
(all other things being equal, i.e. it being coded accessibly).
