G200 is a bit odd, because it refers to guideline 3.2 but not to a
specific success criterion. I presume that is because it is a best
practice technique but not one linked to a level A or AA success
riterion.
Compare this with technique H2:
http://www.w3.org/TR/WCAG20-TECHS/H2.html
that references 1.1.1, 2.4.4 etc.
I might be wrong here, but I am guessing that´s how you know.
